Portas de entrada internacionais, ligações regionais e como chegar à costa, ilhas e bush.
Mozambique is well connected from southern and East Africa. Most visitors fly into one of the main airports below depending on where they're headed.
Main Airports
- Maputo (MPM): International hub — best for city stays and southern Mozambique
- Vilankulo (VNX): Gateway to the Bazaruto Archipelago and Inhambane Province (including Tofo). We recommend flying with Airlink wherever possible for reliable service into Vilanculos.
- Beira (BEW) / Chimoio: Common access points for Gorongosa National Park
Regional Connections
Direct and connecting flights run from Johannesburg, Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, and other regional hubs. Airlink serves Vilankulo; LAM Mozambique Airlines and several international carriers serve other routes.
Domestic & Charter
Safari Air links Gorongosa, Beira, and Vilanculos — useful for bush-and-beach combinations. For cross-border Kruger extensions, domestic flights or light aircraft charters from Maputo or Johannesburg are often practical. We can arrange these as part of your itinerary.
